About me and the siteI’m Garance Fiedler. I live in Istanbul where I work in the French Institute of Anatolian Archaeology (IFEA). I wrote a Ph.D. on the definition of the Phrygian culture between the 10th and the 4th century B.C. in the University of Aix-en-Provence, under the supervision of the professor Antoine Hermary. I defended it on December 20th 2003. I regret that knowledge on Phrygia, and Anatolian archaeology in general, is very hard to gather. So I thought of a Web site. I would be glad to welcome articles, photos or ideas from other scholars.
